At Designer Chandeliers, we specialize in bespoke, handcrafted lighting fixtures. Each piece is custom-tailored to your unique specifications. Because of this personalized nature, our return and refund policies differ from standard retail.

1. Custom-Made Orders

All our chandeliers are custom-made according to client specifications. Once production has commenced, returns and exchanges are not accepted. * Final Sale: Every order is considered final once the production phase begins.

• Pre-Production: If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before you provide final approval on the shop drawings.

2. The Approval Process

To ensure total accuracy, we provide detailed shop drawings for every client.

• Verification: These drawings confirm dimensions, materials, and technical specifications.

• Authorization: Production will only begin after we receive your written approval of these drawings. This process ensures that the final product matches your expectations perfectly.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take full responsibility for the transit of your chandelier. If any part of your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the affected component at no additional cost.

• Reporting Timeline: Damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

• Submission Requirements: To initiate a replacement request, please email info@designerchandeliers.net with clear photos of the damaged part and the original packaging.

• Important Note: Please do not attempt to install a damaged item, as installation may void your damage claim.

4. Refunds

As all products are built-to-order, we do not offer monetary refunds for custom items. Our commitment to quality ensures that any shipping damage is rectified promptly with high-quality replacement parts to complete your fixture.

5. Crystal & Material Samples

To help you make an informed decision, crystal samples can be provided upon request. Please note that shipping costs for these samples are the responsibility of the client.
