1. Custom Orders & Manufacturing

• Made-to-Order Products

  Every lighting fixture is manufactured to order. We do not carry stock inventory. Each order is produced specifically for the customer based on the selected specifications, finishes, and materials. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or returned except as described in these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders and Payments

• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD.

• Payment Terms: Payment is required in full at the time of purchase to initiate the manufacturing process.

• Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards and digital wallets as displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Charges

•  Shipping charges are not included in the listed product prices. Since all fixtures are made to order and vary in size, weight, destination, and delivery requirements, shipping costs are quoted separately after the order is placed. Our team will contact the customer by email with the shipping quotation before dispatch.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Because every fixture is manufactured to each customer’s specifications all sales are final once production has begun.

  If your order arrives with shipping damage, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. After reviewing the claim, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include replacement components when applicable.

  To process a shipping claim, please email clear photos of the damaged item, its packaging, and the shipping label to info@designerchandeliers.net..

5. Installation and Safety

• Professional Installation: We require all lighting fixtures to be installed by a licensed electrician.

• Liability: Designer Chandeliers is not responsible for damage caused by improper assembly or unlicensed installation.
