1. Custom Orders & Manufacturing

Designer Chandeliers specializes in bespoke, handcrafted products.

• Total Delivery Timeline: Due to the artisanal nature of our products, the estimated total delivery time is 17 to 66 business days.

• Shop Drawings: Before production begins, we provide detailed shop drawings confirming size and technical specifications.

• Production Authorization: Manufacturing commences only after we receive your written approval of these drawings.

2. Orders and Payments

• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD.

• Payment Terms: Payment is required in full at the time of purchase to initiate the custom design and manufacturing process.

• Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards and digital wallets as displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Cost: We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.

• Order Cut-off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago).

• Handling Time: Custom manufacturing takes 14 to 56 business days (Monday – Sunday).

• Transit Time: Shipping transit takes 3 to 10 business days (Monday – Friday).

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

To maintain 100% consistency with our verified Merchant Center settings:

• Returns: Returns are not accepted on custom-made orders once production has commenced.

• Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges for custom-made products.

• Shipping Damage: If any part of the chandelier is damaged during transit, we will replace the affected part at no additional cost.

• Reporting Damage: Damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

5. Installation and Safety

• Professional Installation: We require all lighting fixtures to be installed by a licensed electrician.

• Liability: Designer Chandeliers is not responsible for damage caused by improper assembly or unlicensed installation.
