Return Policy
Custom Made Orders
All our chandeliers are custom made according to client specifications. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not accepted once production has started.
Order Approval
Before production begins, we provide detailed shop drawings for client approval. These drawings confirm size, design, and specifications. Production starts only after written approval is received.
Damaged or Defective Items
If any part of the chandelier is damaged during shipping, we will replace the affected part at no additional cost.
Damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery by contacting us via email and providing clear photos of the damage and packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered on custom made products. Replacement parts are provided only in cases of confirmed shipping damage reported within the stated timeframe.
Samples
Crystal samples can be provided upon request. Shipping costs for samples are paid by the client.
