1. Shipping Costs & Coverage
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Service Area: We currently provide delivery services exclusively to the United States.
2. The Custom Order Timeline
To maintain our standards of craftsmanship, we follow a structured timeline for every order.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed by 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) will begin processing the same business day.
- Handling Time (Manufacturing): Each chandelier undergoes a rigorous production and quality-check period of 14 to 56 business days (Monday – Sunday).
- Transit Time (Delivery): Once manufacturing is complete, your order is shipped via our secure carriers with an estimated transit time of 3 to 10 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery: The total time from order approval to delivery at your door is approximately 17 to 66 business days.
3. Order Approval Process
- Shop Drawings: Before we begin the 14 to 56-day manufacturing window, we provide detailed shop drawings for your review.
- Production Start: Manufacturing commences only after we receive your written approval of these specifications to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
4. Tracking & Delivery
- Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your chandelier leaves our facility.
- Delivery Security: A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value items to ensure they are received safely.
5. Damaged Shipments
We take every precaution to package our chandeliers securely.
- Replacement Guarantee: If any part of your chandelier is damaged during transit, we will provide replacement parts at no additional cost to you.
- Reporting: Damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery by emailing clear photos of the item and packaging to info@designerchandeliers.net.
