Return Policy

Returns/ Exchanges/Samples:
As most orders are custom made, we do not have a return policy as all orders are made to the specifics of the client.

In the event any part comes broken from shipping we do replace any piece free of charge as
long as we are told no more than 14 days after the chandelier is delivered.

Please ask us all the questions you might have before ordering.

Samples of the crystals can be supplied but shipping cost of the samples must be paid by the
client.

We provide shop drawings prior to going into production in order to get the approval of the
client and so they can see all the details of size, and design of their order prior to going into
production.
